Homelessness and Public Service Analysis and Reporting
Experts in homelessness and public services, including the integration of Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funding, HMIS, and other reporting systems, C&PA can help communities identify gaps in service and work to find create solutions to help communities combat homelessness.

Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plans
With close to a decade of experience preparing Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plans, C&PA staff uses the most accurate data available, to integrate with each agency’s policy standards to create Consolidated Plans and Annual Action Plans that systematically and thoroughly address community needs with available federal resources including Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds, HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) funds, HOME-ARP funds, Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds, and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) funds.
